Parking and Stalls:

Parking in front of the barn will be tight, so please follow any directions you may be given so that we can all get in that area if necessary.  Pasture parking will be available if it does not rain.  Please contact DTR if you will need a stall. Theresa S. Vogelpohl  theresa@diamondtr.com

The following plan will go in to effect only if the outside warm up is not in good enough condition to ride in:

If the warm up arena is not in rideable condition due to the rain, then all rides will warm up inside.  The rides are in the small arena in the morning except for the first 2, so riders will easily be able to warm up at the back end of the show arena.  Please be considerate of riders in the show arena.  You will be allowed to warm up in suitably sized groups so please listen to the ring steward and follow directions.  The first 3 classes after lunch will be allowed to warm up during lunch time in groups of 4.

For the remainder of the schedule, please check with show management for assigned warm up times inside, and revised ride times when you get to the show.  There will be no information available before lunch time on Sunday.  Rides may be pushed back by 30-45 minutes to allow adequate warmup time for all riders.  No rides will go earlier than the original schedule.
