ADS Meeting Minutes

May 10, 2018

• Call To order: Meeting began at 6:30 pm at La Madeleine; Kerry Evans, Sandra Thompson, Ashley Martin, Vicki Lind, Alex du Celliee Muller, Jennifer Landers, and Kat Cromer present. (Note: We did not hold board meetings in April or June 2018.)
• President Report
  1. General membership issues and feedback: April 15 show feedback was positive. Open riders were scheduled first and Training tests were in the large arena – feedback positive for both changes.

• Secretary Report
  1. Meeting minutes: Jennifer made motion to approve March minutes, Alex seconded; motion passed
  2. Current membership status: 82 members

• Treasurer Report

Main account: $12,338

Jr Rider account: $1,000

CD: $1,000

Taxes will be filed by May 15, 2018

• Vice President Report
  1. Insurance renewal status: Insurance paid

• Show Report: 67 rides at April 15 show

• Web Master Report: N/A

• New business

Joan Darnell Freestyle Clinic:

Confirmed for January 26-27, 2019; applying for grant funding

June 2-3, 2018, Ride-a-Test clinic with Sandy Osborn cancelled due to lack of interest
