1. Call To order
   1. Present:  Jennifer Landers, Carole Smith, Catherine Lambert, TL Jumper, Sandra Thompson, Patty Carlson, Joanne Homeyer, Rene Pope
2.  President Report

1. Clinics/Educational events – Time to plan clinics/educational events for 2023. To-date, there are two activities planned: Saddle Fitting Educational Clinic and Riding clinic with Ashley Shaw. Other ideas in-process?
   1. Saddle Fitting – 12 registered
      1. DQ Clips -& Sips – 0 registered
      1. Ashley Shaw – clinic – 2 or 3 registered
   1. Update from Patty Carlson and TL Jumper – hosting ADS meetings with ADS members. Item to remain open for update.
      1. No updates
   1. Show dates for 2023 are set. Are venues and show managers set?

Joanne will allow an additional show at her barn.

• 4/30 – need a manager and location
  • 6/4 –  Tentative for June – Aislin & Addy
    • 10/1 – Joanne’s show –
    • 10/29 – Carole’s show – Halloween Theme
  • Discuss plans/need for year-end banquet.
    • Ticket Price $30.00 per person
      • Carole Motioned, Joanne, 2^nd – passed by acclimation.
  • ADS Insurance premium increase for 2023.
    • Increase of 30% on the annual premium  Carole is getting insurance quotes
  • Board members up for election in 2024: Vice President (Carole), Treasurer (Rene – will accept a new 2 year term), Member-at-Large (Joanne) and Member-at-Large (TL Jumper – she is willing to continue).

• Secretary Report
  • Meeting minutes – Carole motion – TL 2^nd  – Accepted as is.
  • Membership status – possible of five members – Jennifer has been ill. No change.

• Treasurer Report
  • Financial Report –
  • Current $1000.00 – move to CD or T Bill – Sandra to handle.

Show season 2023 planning in-process. – See notes above.

• Web Master Report – Jennifer will update the site with banquet prices.

• Year-end awards banquet for 2023.
  • Date March 4, 2023 and venue Goodwin Manor are confirmed.
  • Need volunteers to complete activities for year-end banquet.
  • Patty and Catherine to assist with donations for banquet
