August 16, 2018
- Call To order: 6:45pm; Kerry Evans, Jennifer Landers, Vicki Lind, Sandra Thompson, Alex du Celliee Muller, and Joanne Homeyer present

- ADS Member Committees for specific tasks
- Establish committee for a Freestyle Clinic in 2018 – Date selected with clinician, Joan Darnell, for January 26-27. Grants to be submitted before August 30. Sandra and Jennifer
GMO dues will increase by $4.00 in 2019; will need to increase our membership fees accordingly
- Committee to plan/execute Junior rider ADS Event. Joanne Homeyer and Kat Cromer. Committee to be established. Idea for Junior clinic – Horse Behavior clinic – one day clinic with Cindy Martin – considered to be an expert in animal behavior – can provide an all day clinic with videos/group discussions to explain horse and other animal behavior. Could be indoors/free for junior riders, with low fee for adults. Could schedule in September. Need two board members to volunteer to make this happen.
Cindy Martin animal behavior clinic (non-riding); Cindy charges $250/day plus expenses; charge $20-$30 for adults, no fee for juniors; hold event in G&H lounge, likely a Saturday in mid January
