WARNING: Under Arkansas law, an equine activity sponsor is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities.
To enter an ADS horse show online, please fill out the form below. If you are entering multiple horses for one rider, please submit one form for each horse. Once you submit the form below, it will take you to the next screen for payment. If you do not complete the payment section, you will NOT be entered into the show. Receipt of payment is required to be entered into the show.

Important notes when entering an ADS show:
(1) Closing date is generally 10 days before show.
(2) Entry must be submitted by closing date.
(3) Only ADS members may participate in mounted activities.
(4) Day Memberships are available for $35. Please contact ADS if you want a day membership.
(5) Scores earned by Day Members do not count towards ADS awards or show awards.
(6) Entry fees are refundable before closing date or with a veterinarian certificate before show.
(7) A $25 late fee applies to entry when scheduled after closing date or due to nonpayment of entry after closing date.
(8) A $5 change fee applies to each change after closing date.
(9) Rides may be limited or closed if a show is over subscribed.
(10) Grounds fee due for each horse entered, including boarders of host farm.
(11) For overnight stabling, contact the show secretary. It is a fee of $50.
(12) Protective head gear & foot gear required at all times while mounted.
(13) Please wear neat, conservative attire.
(14) No dogs allowed.
(15) Original Coggins report within 12 months is required to enter the showgrounds.
(16) Office Fee is non-refundable.
(17) Submit an entry form for each horse entered.
(18) Payment for entry is due at time of submission. No exceptions.

I understand the entries are made at my own risk. The farm owners, ADS, and members of ADS (including the ADS Board) accept no responsibility for accidents, damage, injury, or illness to horses, owners, riders or spectators or to any other person or property in connection with this show. Riders and/or participants will not hold ADS or any member of ADS, responsible for any incidents, including but not limited to human and/or equine bodily injury, illness, accidents, or property damage of any kind, which may arise while participating in this event.
Non-compete Horse Entry Rules:
(1) Only Trainers that are ADS members may bring a non-compete horse onto ADS show grounds.
(2) Closing date is 10 days before show. Non-compete horses cannot be registered for a show after the closing date.
(3) Entry must be submitted by closing date.
(4) Entry fees are refundable before closing date.
(5) Entry of non-compete horses is subjected to review by show management. Show management reserves the right to refuse entry to any non-compete horse. Entry will be limited or closed if a show is full.
(6) Trainers with non-compete horses must check in with the show secretary upon arrival and obtain a bridle number. A bridle number must be displayed on the non-compete horse while on show grounds. (7) Non-compete horses may not use the warmup arena or show arena without permission from show management.
